Crazy glitching during end of the flight

I was on final approach to DOHA and then I disconnected AP and then all of a sudden I saw these flashing lights. They were everywhere and I had a hard time seeing and controlling the plane. This is the first time it’s happened, and I saw other reports of this happening to.

@Melbourne_aviation I have never heard of this, but I wonder if it can be resolved by clearing your scenery cache;
