You don’t need to request a frequency change when you were already told to contact tower when ready

Correct! So then if someone requests frequency change, under misc. messages at the very bottom is the “duplicate frequency change” command. I believe it only shows up after someone requests a frequency change so you may not be able to see it right now.

There is no command for that on the T/S

I think that’s only for expert server

Isn’t there the “you’ve already been instructed to change frequencies” command on the TS? Or is that only ES as well

Well there you go. If you don’t have the “duplicate messages” command you can use that one.

I was BRUH, You did a good job, you properly handled my mistake, But When I was at the gate, you should’ve just told me to taxi instead of approving my pushback :)

You had to pushback, you spawned in at a gate. Not a remote stand/tie down. Even though you’re unable to pushback. Next time chose a more appropriate gate to spawn at please

Great work! I was Stellar Heavy.

Some things to work on are:

  1. When I asked for a runway change, you only cleared me “For the option”, the rule is 1. Pattern 2. Sequence (If needed) 3. Option Clearing.
  2. I’m just being picky but, when I was landing I only got the “vacate runway command” after I had already vacated the runway, you should use this command at around 60kts~ (I know it’s hard to tell if I am coming for a touch and go, or if I am coming for landing)
  3. Turing my Right Downwind leg, I climbed above pattern altitude, you should of gave me the “descend to pattern altitude” command. (It’s just another thing to monitor

By the way, You did great work, and I hope to see you in IFATC!

Thanks for the service! Pretty good job for your first session. Here is my feedback:

  1. Glad you found the duplicate frequency change button. That is helpful and a lot of pilots request frequency change for some reason.
  2. If you want me to change runways, you have to give a pattern entry (enter left downwind, right downwind, left base etc.). You can’t go from clearing them for take-off on 17R and then clear them for 17L. You must give them a pattern instruction (in this case it would have been enter left downwind runway 17L).
  3. “Make __ traffic” must only be used on the initial takeoff clearance and on the first clearance for the option after a runway change. If you cleared me to “take-off, make right traffic”, there is no need to “clear me for the option, make right traffic.”
  4. If I request a runway change, you have to give me a pattern entry (similar to point #2). Like Stellar_G said
