Hi community! I’m Deniz, aka Black Sea 1. I’m in official IFATC training. I’m gonna request some people after 2100Z. I want to improve myself at controls.
(Upwind conflict) If there is 2 acfts on upwind, and one of requesting RWY change; wait, to give pattern entry+sequence+clearance for aircraft who request runway change, until the other aircraft is on crosswind to issue the pattern entry to make sure the separation is enough.
(Sequence problem) If the aircraft ahead is 1 second from crossing the runway threshold line, just wait that 1 second and after this, clear the aircraft on left DW, right CW of whatever, as number 1.
Don’t be panic, use your genius brain. Why God gave that lol.
Give pattern entry (if needed) + sequence + clearance at same time. Don’t wait.
Give “Freq change approved” immiadelty after requested departure.
“Cleared for option” includes low pass too, so check all aircrafts after crossing opposite threshold, and give clearances. (sequence + option/landing)
On inbound pattern entry, the sequence was very close to being incorrect, if the aircraft ahead is 1 second from crossing the runway threshold line, just wait that 1 second and keep me as number 1. If you had given the sequence one second later it would’ve been incorrect.
Good extend upwind but my pattern entry was issued too early, the other aircraft color on my map was showing as red which means very close. Wait until the other aircraft is on crosswind to issue the pattern entry to make sure the separation is enough.
