Here are my feedback from the practice session.

The Immediate Takeoff at the start was unnecessary as the traffic on final is 5NM away at 90 KTS.You gave N383MA a "Maintain Slowest Practical speed"Which is also unnecessary as there is enough space for takeoff as he is moving slow.

There are times when I’m the only one in the pattern and you told me to “Maintain slowest Practical speed” which is also unnecessary.

At times,I Didn’t Receive a sequence/Clearance hence me called final alot of times which will inform me which aircraft to follow.Aircraft in patterns usually needs to be SEQUENCED First if NEEDED then Cleared.

There was a point when u were changing runway due to the winds.Well done on that.But i was confused as i did not know where to go.Usually in that scenario,Tell me to enter LeftDownwind of 30 then clear me for the option.

I’ve also noticed that you are over controlling by telling @Jon_H to enter Left base etc.Don’t do that.

Lastly,When clearing someone for the option,Telling the person to Make left traffic when clearing in redundant as at takeoff,you already gave a Left/Right traffic Command.Only use it if you want to change the direction of the pattern.
