Couldn't find Pro Acount

I bought infinite flight pro and after the third day, when I went online there was the message that there isn’t an active pro account. I’ve tried everything, synchronize Google pay and so on, I restarted my phone made another abo, I don’t know what to do. Excuse me for my bad English, I’m from Germany.
