Hello and welcome to the community!
Although this feature is not considered to be added at the moment, you can try using In-Flight Assistant, a third party app which adds those calls/alarms to the simulator.

This sort of suggestion/request should be put in Features (you might need higher trust level to post in there).
There’s already one for improved alarms that you can vote on
