Correct metar for SCCI

I was searching for windy airports and ran across SCCI. The metar shows 081600Z 35015KT on IF but the other metar I found shows 081700Z 28027G40KT which metar is correct?

Sometimes they take a moment to update. Wait and see what the next METAR update push brings.
