Controls sensitivity problem

Hello… i’m having an issue with the landing part of my flights, because as soon as I deactivate the autopilot the plane doesn’t respond to my phone movement and the plane is totally out of control. I don’t know if somebody else is having my same problem. let me know how to fix it thank you.

Device: iphone 16
Operating system: Ios 18.0.1
