Interested to see how this will work with rendering. Will we be able to see the contrails even when the plane hasn’t rendered yet or not.

I legit thought that was real..
There are actually two types IRL one that dissappears quickly and one that stays for a while.
My guess is for the beginning we will have the one that disappears quickly? I don’t know.

Well a contrail’s development depends on the humidity of the surrounding air. The more humid the air is, the longer the trail will stay. The more dry the air, the quicker it will disappear. Think of it like a steamy shower. You can see the steam in the bathroom and it’ll stay in the air until you open the door to dry less humid air outside, then it quickly dissipates. Because we don’t have any weather besides winds, my guess is we will only get one type.
