Continuous app crashes with IFATC

Hello support team!

I was wondering why my app has been continuously crashing when I’m controlling. I don’t know if this is the case for flights, but earlier today I was doing CYVR-KATL and it ran smoothly. I’ve been having some very rare crashes, once every like month. But today it crashed 4 times when I was controlling CYYZ, a HUB.

I was just wondering why it was happening and how to fix it. I could not even control the airport for a minute at one point

Did you mean 6th gen 11 inch?

Had a similar issue on the flying side the other day. Game completely froze up on the violation screen . Only time I have issues is during busy times in hub airspace. I try off peak hours for those landings. That seems to help on my end.
In my case a cheap Walmart brand tablet is part of it.

I’ve used to have crash problems, also on hub airports, although after I turned off low power mode on my phone it has pretty much gone away 100 percent, hasn’t happened again for me since

Yes sorry, 11 inch and the generation that came out two months ago that I don’t remember 😅

Luckily, when the app crashes, a report is being sent automatically.
Investigating the causes and finding solutions is an ongoing process.

Have you tried rebooting your device?

Yes, I have restarted the device and redownloaded the app a few times.
