Constant crash

<hi I just did a flight from Bos to eddm and right as I passed the cone it crashed. This has happened to me on my last three long haul flights making me lose landing credit, other two I assumed was because there were a lot of planes but this one makes no sense and barely anyone was at eddm

Restart the device, clear scenery cache, lower device storage, try again

App still crashes, and also this is the only way to create a support ticket

Hello!

Instead of being sarcastic about others trying to help by pointing users in the right direction where more information is provided as well as requested, perhaps you could provide some basic information about your situation? So far, you haven’t even shared basics such as device model, graphics settings etc.

And for the record, several users who’ve posted about this and been redirected by @WestJet737767 have actual provided what we’ve asked for which helps a lot.

Sorry to say but we’re not magicians. To resolve issues like these, information from the users experiencing this is required which is why we’ve asked for it.

Hey there!

I have run into this issue many times in the past playing older versions of Infinite Flight. I typically would role with this process since it has worked for me:

  1. Restart the device.

If the issue persists move to #2

  1. Check your storage on your phone or your graphics settings and see if it might be a result of your device not being able to handle it.

If the issue continues to persist, move to step #3

  1. Clear your scenery cache in your settings on the Infinite Flight App.

If it continues beyond this point delete the app and re-install it. If this does not work, I would contact a staff member.
