Constant app crash

After the 24.4 update, the app would crash every time I started a flight (in solo mode) for about 3-5 seconds. I have followed these tips that were recommended:

  • set all graphic settings to low
  • clearing scenery cache
  • restart/reboot my device
  • uninstall and reinstall the app again

The crash occurs on every flight even with other aircraft than the new MAX, including during loading. With enough phone storage and a good connection (which I presume would not affected), it doesn’t seem to fix the issue. Any tips would be appreciated.

Device: iPhone 12 Pro
Operating system: iOS 18.1.1

I don’t have any crash issues, my device is an iPhone 12 but the only problem was that I can’t connect on expert server because I don’t have my account logged into the app.

Tried it with other devices. My older iPad 5th gen can handle IF. Wonder why my iPhone couldn’t . 😭

A little update on the problem:

Still have some app crashes while on solo, somehow haven’t experienced it in multiplayer. (w/ max settings also)

After also seeing other people’s experience this as well, I’m just waiting on the hotfix for iOS and hope the issue will be fixed :)
