I was doing a long haul flight from Rio (SBGL) to Miami (KMIA). Everything was going well, I was on final, ready to call it a day. But suddenly, before touchdown, I immediately lost connection to the live server. I was unable to reconnect to the server and the game told me about some error code.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening again?

I didn’t know the difference that well

Support is used to report any issues you might be having with the game whether it’s error codes or lagging. General is used more for general discussions like the A320/A321neo tracking thread. Does that help?
