Connection issue

Hello IFC

I recently moved to South Africa and and had to get a new wifi box. The thing is, the communication app, Slack, is not working. My connection with everything else is perfectly fine, from IF to YouTube to google to the IFC. Every time i try to type a message in any one of my slack channels, the message never sends, and other messages and channels never load up. I even tried deleting slack and downloading and signing in again but it says “no internet connection.try again”

I had no other way to address this issue but on the IFC. I really need access to slack for VA’s and most importantly, IFATC slack.

Is this an issue in my end, or is it something else that went wrong?
