I am about to start a flight and IF won’t connect. I am using my iPad.

Could you send a screenshot?
- Make sure your connection is good
- Uninstall and Reinstall IF
- Reset Router

what connection do you use WiFi or mobile data
Do you have a clear internet connection? Not sure if this is on my end or not by Infinite Flight seems to not connecct very well with cell service and does way better with WiFi.
We have also seen where cleaning the scenery cache can help with some connection issues. Give it a try.

Use the following
- Turn off and leave for 5 mins after that turn your WIFI router on
- Restart your device then Then IF
- Go to settings->General->CLEAR SCENERY CACHE
