Hi there. I went to play infinite flight today took off from YPPH - EGLL. I have done this flight a few times this week. So when I was pushing back in the gate and the server connection was lost, I then had something show up on my screen saying your account is being used by someone else then said something like ( Please contact support if this priest). After 1min everything went back to normal. As I was taking off the server loses connection again then reconnects again a few minutes later. 2hr into the flight the server loses connection again and never reconnects. My internet is good as all my other devices are working good, I have restarted the internet and also the flight but the same thing happens with it losing connection. So if anyone can help that would be great thanks.
Did you login/play IF on another’s device?
No i only play infinite flight on my Ipad. IPAD 6 gen
This is what interests me. I’ll await support staff response in this case.

Hey Chris, be sure to try out these basic troubleshooting tips whilst you’re waiting for a moderator:
- Restart Infinite Flight;
- Restart your network service;
- Reboot your device;
- Wi-Fi DNS settings may need updating;
- Toggle Airplane mode
- Reset network settings (General > Reset > Reset Network Settings)
- Reinstall the application

- You may have to restart your device, log out of your IF Pro account, and log back in. Let me know if this problem proceeds.
This is a really common issue. You can try look up for more support topics like “unable to connect” or “another user using my a/c”. Hope this helps.
Yeah, I got it working now. Thank you to the people who gave me ideas on how to fix the issue.
