So when I click the airport and go to PROC, what should I choose first?
Select approach or arrival?
Arrivals come before approaches.

Arrival should be first and then you connect approach to your arrival

However I should note that some airports do not have arrivals or don’t require one for your route and the first procedure you will use is the approach.

The structure of a flight plan usually goes like this :
Airport – Departure – Enroute – Arrival – Approach – Airport

Also just to add, you don’t have to select an approach. Especially if you are going into atc
