Attention all pilots, the event starts in 6 hours and 8 minutes. This is just a heads up. You can spawn in whenever, I suggest you spawn in 5-10mins early but if you have to be late you can spawn in up to 1810Z. If you are not there by 1810 then I will mark you off and you be no longer part of the event. Thanks, just a heads up!

P.S. since there is no ATIS I just want to let you know we will probably be using RWYs 19L/19R and 25L/25R.
