Is it possible to complain about another pilot on the expert server? And if so who do I contact?
you can complain all you want but nothing will happen, only IFATC and mods can report someone in flight
Unfortunately, there is no way to do this.

First no, or you need to say I’m sorry or things like that. But no one wiill understand you. Second the IFATC controllers or mods are the persons that can complain about another pilot inflight.
I tried once to get someonse attention on the server but the pilot was more getting annoying. 🤣
I took screenshots etc so idk if that’ll help
If someone is doing realy annoying that can cause a violation for you or something bad for you you can go with those screenshots to ATC moderators!

Thank you for your concern. As of the very moment, there is no official way to create a complaint regarding a controller. However, I will be able to pass this on to IFATC Mods, and the controller, to ensure this pattern doesn’t repeat in the future.
