Is this only on PC’s or mobile devices too? I haven’t noticed any changes yet.

It’s already in PC, let me see if for mobile too.
The scrolling is only in mobile. In a few mins it might update for mobile
For both, looks more apparent on PC.

I don’t see any difference with my phone. Maybe it’s only for PCs.
