Good morning. It was a large community event at Cancun International starting last night and going through today with active ATC. I was given permission and clearance to taxi to the active Runway of 12R. There was no communication with traffic Crossing in front of me not being able to hear the permissions given to that traffic even. Then as I saw that the aircraft taxing Off The Runway had come to a stop and I received no communication I was clearly trying to clear the area by proceeding to the lineup for Runway 12R. Without any warning or communication I was given a violation and booted off arbitrarily. This was very upsetting.
What helps to upset me further is the fact that I was exhausted last night and decided not to put my plane up, however I left the simulator on with an aircraft on site, just to give my fellow enthusiast some eye candy as they continue to fly through this Airport. I’ve spent a lot of personal time flying a lot of proper procedures While others have been very questionable. Not being able to put my flight up right now, is very upsetting and discouraging the way I was arbitrarily booted out. At least a warning if there was a confusion. Yet now this is on my record?
Ultimately it is ATC’s responsibility to watch for any conflicts and resolve them. You shouldn’t ever enter a runway without permission, and depending on the situation, this is usually a slam dunk violation with no warning.

Hey. Thank you for responding. It wasn’t really a slam dunk so to speak. It was the situation with the plain coming off the runway but then it stopped at the whole short line forever. I thought maybe there was a mixup and I wasn’t getting the communication because traffic was just bottlenecked right there and there was no communication. Eventually, after checking all aspects that proceeding was clear visually, I did so while the plane was still at the whole short line. Next thing I knew the whole screen went, and it showed me that I was just arbitrarily dismissed? Anyway I’ll be flying elsewhere and I was just reporting it because, there was no communication. I think it was a glitch failure or something. Anyway thank you and I will try the appeal process.
