Beautiful time lapse! I laughed when that unmarked plane cut that Delta 787 off. He was probably on iOS and couldn’t see the 787.

I turn my strobes on when first in line for takeoff…
Lare I do know what I’m talking about I’ve talked to multiple pilots both commercial and GA, It is regulated by the airline (For the minimum lighting), and at pilot discretion for more, The FAA recommends all lights on before taxi at any time of day including strobe, And at night it is mandatory.
