Code 7 Error?

Anyone getting a Code 7 error? Every time I try to connect it says that Infinite Flight is having trouble connecting to the server error code 7.

I am also having this problem, I’ve tried all the methods but it didn’t fix it.

Device- Apple Ipad pro (11-inch) running ios 14.2
Infinite flight version- 20.02.01
Connection type- wifi
Country- Singapore
Network provider- Starhub

Steps tried- Everything (including contacting the network provider and resetting wifi router).
