Cobham Aviation British Aerospace BAe 146-100

A fleet of BAe 146s are still operated today in Australia! Especially lovely in this beautiful sky blue livery.

It’s a very cute little thing isn’t it, quite good that Qantas didn’t put them to waste and Cobham have given them a new home

The BAe 146 is by far one of my favourite aircraft.

Simple, but it works. Why does it need a wire leading from the tail to the fuselage?

It’s an awesome little Aircraft. I’m pretty sure Cobham was the primary FIFO Aircraft used for Remote Mining Operations before the big big Mining boom.
