Because topics regarding 3D airport requests are not permitted.
Abu Dhabi airport will inevitably get updated at some point - but it needs an editor (or more likely more than one given its size) to decide to do it. The team is composed completely of volunteers, who have the choice of which airports to take on.
The World Tour is relatively irrelevant. Delhi, Anchorage & Kuala Lumpur are being worked on because those airports are not 3D at all. Abu Dhabi is, and while you pointed out the 3D airport model does have flaws, its still mostly functional.
But it wont take much time 3 days only

Trust me - fixing up the jetbridges, taxiways, and everything else you mentioned would take far longer than 3 days. Airport editing is a painstakingly slow process, that’s why it often takes months to do these large airports, plus the editors are only working on these airports in their free time - we all have our own lives.

Even fix the taxi way only and the jetbridges are available but it needs to be able to move no new design
There are probably enough gates with working jetbridges (as well as the remote stands) to satisfy the World Tour. It’s not urgent to fix it for that occasion.
Its not about there is enough gates its about if you want to do a realistic flight and the suitable gate is just isnt working
