How can we test your skills if patterns are not accepted?

Simple, you can’t have pattern work at an airport where there is a 50ft mountain blocking one of the runways. Thats why 02 is for takeoff, and 20 is for landings.
You could. I’ve done it multiple times. Yes, it’s not realistic, but…
Say no more, you’ve just made my point, its not realistic, AT ALL!!!
But seriously, if he really wanted us to test his skills, he would open an airport that allows pattern work…

I guess he just wants to try something new, he’s up for a new challenge, can get boring operating a normal airport. This airport is pretty extreme.
But again, like I stated before, this is not your ordinary airport. You only have one way in, and one way out. Trying to get aircraft in and out of an airport like this is challenging enough, trust me. So he’s just getting some experience at a more challenging airport.
At the end of Runway 02, there is a huge mountain. This rules out a straight out, or a departure to the east. And you can takeoff from 02 with a west departure, its possible, but very unrealistic. So thats why you can’t have pattern work at this airport. Like I said, One way in One way out.
