I suggest you stay open for longer than 10 minutes if you actually want people to come
Give people more notice than just ‘starting now’ and stay open longer than 10 minutes. You lose credibility… I wouldn’t bother coming to any further events when you’re controlling if you’ll be closed 10 minutes later due to lack of patience.
