IFATC cannot control airports based on requests, rather they control as a group based in a specific region that changes frequently. While they may be controlling during your event, asking them probably won’t lead to them controlling. Thanks, just letting you know.

I saw the date is 7th of June in the lobby of IF, while it’s said the event would be held on 6/17 in the community.
