Hello everyone!
Join Plane & Pilot on June 22nd as we attempt to simulate Austin–Bergstrom International, a mid sized airport located in central Texas, on a busy day! Each attendee will be able to choose a airline, aircraft, and route that serves Austin in real life. Then everyone will fly into KAUS and park at the terminal at the same time. We can’t wait to see how full this awesome airport gets, it should make for some great photos! Everyone Grade 2+ is welcome! Just post below and we will add you to the list.

You can choose to fly any route that operates into Austin in real life. A full list of routes our of the airport can be found In the “Assignments” section below.

Try to use an aircraft similar to the one used on your route in real life, do not use aircraft larger than a 757 if your gate is not specified as “(Heavy)” on the list below.

Schedule your flight to arrive at KAUS at 2000Z. You can get an estimated flight time by planning your flight at fpltoif.com

Plane & Pilot ATC will be present at this event, please follow all instructions to help everything run smoothly.

After you land, taxi to your assigned gate. Please identify your gate before the event to insure that you park at the correct one.

Do not despawn until we announce that the event is over on the official PM. It should not last longer than 1 hour.

The event will be coordinated via a PM sent out 24 hours before the event. Please be present on that PM at all times for additional instructions.
