Looks Like a Boeing to me. More squareish windows.
Looking at the amenities I would say a long haul Boeing plane, most likely a 777.
Looking at the wall, something is written in French.
It’s most likely an Air France OR Air Canada 777.

I’ve never seen a lavatory which has a window next to it on a aircraft before.

Seriously though there are also loos on the 747 with a window and usually they go opaque on the ground.
