TIPS:

  • For pattern work you don’t need to use pattern instruction unless they request a runway change.
  • Sequence Good!
  • good runway change (used pattern instructions)
  • not prioritising me, it felt like I was always the VIP. you always cleared me first then told another to extend downwind. Unless they’re on emergency fuel you shouldn’t prioritise anyone.
  • Extend downwind. Not really needed. All you need to do is re-sequence. once he knows who to follow its all good, they should know spacing is key to not crashing.

Yes I was faster, that’s one way of doing it. But I changed runway so I could do fast patterns, I don’t know why you changed him.

It’s not bad, if you had more traffic for landings then yes it’s good. But if you have a reason that’s what counts.
