Yes you can.
Well, in this case, the definition of “troll” is vague… You can pretty much do whatever you want, as long as you don’t ruin the experience for others (e.g. spam on unicom). It’s still a place for learning :)

By trolling, if you mean pulling up to somebody in a fighter jet mid flight, I’d say that’s ok. But anything more than that is rudeness in my opinion.

Yes, one is capable of trolling on any of the servers. No, one should never engage in trolling of any kind on any server in IF. Even though trolls can’t really be dealt with on the casual and training servers as swiftly or effectively as the expert server, they can still be reported. Trolls have a “great time” at the expense of everyone else. Like parasites. They’re the tapeworms of the servers, and IMO should be dealt with accordingly.
