Beriev Be -200. I bet it makes one hell of a noise!
The Soviet Union / Russia designed some awesome seaplanes and ekranoplans, the Lun ekranoplan was odd looking, but I have a soft spot for soviet design.

It wasn’t the markings, I watched a program about these type of craft a few years back, and always remembered them.
Keep up the recognition tests Mr Max it’s always good to test the grey matter or learn something new : )
