Unfortunately this picture is blurry but look how close the other plane was to me! He passed right below, leaving ~1000 feet between us
In aviation, safe distancing is 3 miles separated and 1,000 feet vertically, and by the looks of it your safe :)

Above FL410, you need 2.000ft separation to be safe, as RVSM airspace ends above FL410. This implies that FL420 and FL440 are never used in civil aviation, you must only use FL410, FL430 and FL450.
These are all the flights between FL417 and FL426: none of those are at FL420, they are either descending of climbing above.
Edit : 1 minute later, the flights are different
Next time, make sure you’re at FL430 or FL410, you’ll feel much safer ;)
Yeah, I felt completely safe. In fact, I thought it was really cool! (Obviously I would be more cautious in real life but you get it)
