Oh Very good for sugestion!

What I do, is try and get the throttle to be around 88% N1 which I think is a good thrust setting, so what every the airplane needs for something like that is good.

Check out this vid :)
It’s for every aircraft, I think.

For a quick tip; you can multiply your ground speed by 5 to get the best climb rate at that speed… It also depends on your weight; if you feel that the aircraft is struggling to keep the IAS based on its weight; then it’s better to reduce the climb rate in order to preserve your speed… THE HEAVIER YOU ARE; LESS CLIMB RATE YOU NEED… Don’t forget also that as you approach your selected altitude; it’s better to gradually start decreasing your rate… Hope these tips can help… Happy Flying…

It depends of a lot of factors.
First, juste after the take-off you should have 15° of climbing until you reached a reasonable and a safety distance from the departing runway, then you can climb lower (≈9°) to increase your speed and reach 250 KIAS (or more if you are > FL100). To reach your cruise altitude, you must manage your climb altitude with some factors (Be sure that you can maintain your speed while climbing. I mean, more you’re high, more your thrust level will grow too)
