Clicking on "?" next to settings doesn't work

Clicking on the question mark button doesn’t work and takes you to your account information instead. I have tried to restart my device and restart the app, still occurs.

Device: iPad 4 with Retina display
OS: iOS 8.4.1
App version: 15.08.0

Mine works fine. Does the “?” is light up orange when you press it? If you tap anywhere on that top bar except the Settings icon or the “?” it will go to your account information page.

iOS 9 works fine (obviously, says so in the update description). Not keeping track of GM, but most likely it will be when the new iPhone starts selling in stores (November I think?)

Sorry for the late reply. No, it doesn’t light up orange.

Ok, that means the app isn’t recognizing that you’re trying to tap “?”. It could be your device but I doubt it. Do you think it could be that you’re not tapping directly on it but maybe a little bit to the right? I honestly don’t know what else could cause this.

I can click on the cog and it turns orange but not the “?”. I’ve clicked on practically every pixel haha :PP
