we dont have city lights, so i cant. what im just saying is it still makes flying more fun at night.

YESS, that would be the best as at night its a bit yk, life less with no lights other than runways and planes. I dont need 3d buildings but lights would make up for it, so it looks like buildings and roads are there, surely there is night time satellite imagery.
This is a very accurate representation of what’s missing at night!!
Also with the aircraft lights

I feel like City Lights would be an amazing feature for Infinite Flight. I am hoping to see those at some point.

They would look good but it will reduce some fps.
City lights could be difficult but we can atleast get airport building lights and the lamps on the airport. that way airports would look alive. Right now only guidance lights work and once you enter parking even other planes look dull. thats why I only do day flights.

I agree. But I’ve been trying to use ‘real time’ just for the sake of realism. But yeah I hope it looks livelier. It also comes with taxi lights, logo lights, cabin lights, etc.

Still, cant take away the scenic effect of having atleast a flattened night light image, overlaying with Airport lights in 3D.

By theory, it should be the same. You wont notice the pixelation from afar… same as the current resolution. Just during night time.

Why not if theres an image that can be lit at night. Whats the logic of having a 3D city bldgs if to viewed from afar anyway…

It when you look down on them, or when you fly close over them you can still have realism with them (RFS has them) just don’t taxi on the cities them selfs.
