China Southern to retire five A380 aircraft this year after more than 10 years’ operation

China Southern Airlines, the only airline in China that operates Airbus A380, is planning to retire their entire A380 fleet (5 aircraft in total) within this year. The first one to retire (B-6136) has just departed Guangzhou for Victorville.

The B-6136 and B-6137 will be the first two to retire, followed by B-6138 to 6140, which are still operating routes to Australia and LAX recently.
