Basic event rules

Summary This flyout will be a community event, in part to celebrate the grand reopening in IF with the new and 3D O’Hare! Gate assignments will be linked below.

Airport: Chicago O’Hare, KORD

Time: 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, Zulu time.

There are no gate assignments, however, depending on the airline you’re flying, different terminals/concourses will be needed.

TERMINAL 1:
CONCOURSES B & C: UNITED AND UNITED EXPRESS
TERMINAL 2:
CONCOURSE E: AIR CANADA AND ALASKA AIRLINES
CONCOURSE F: JETBLUE AND UNITED EXPRESS
TERMINAL 3:
CONCOURSES G, H, J & K: AMERICAN AND AMERICAN EAGLE

TERMINAL 5:
CONCOURSE M: ALL INTERNATIONAL AIRLINES NOT FLIGHTS (ex. Korean air, air China, etc.) & Southwest

I am not responsible for any incidents, demotions, or violations that happen during this event.

ATC IS NEEDED TO MAKE THIS EVENT RUN SMOOTHLY. BE SURE TO TELL ME IF YOU CAN DO ATC FOR THIS EVENT. GROUND, TOWER, AND ATIS ARE FOR SURE NEEDED. DEPARTURE, APPROACH, AND CENTERS ARE OPTIONAL.

You can chose the destination, as long as you follow the airline-concourse guide above. Also, all intl flights with non-intl airlines (like United Orr American, a intl airline is like air China or Korean air [so basically a foreign airline]), despite an international destination will depart from their own concourse, not T5 Concourse M.

Since @Theflyingsouthwest9 had the event up before, it should be the default one. I’m pretty sure it’s on the person making the event to make sure the airport is clear for that event

Shoot yeah, I didn’t mean delete the event entirely, I guess I wasn’t clear. I was thinking you could probably move the time or day just slightly? Or change it into a fly-in and then merge it with @Theflyingsouthwest9 ‘s event

We have a deal instead of hosting a o hare flyout he is going to host a midway flight out on the same day
