If im not mistaken, If you are doing a specific route, it wouldn’t be a flyout. but you doing a route

Hi @Mark_Eu_Did,

I’m afraid there’s a couple flaws with this event. First of all, it seems you didn’t use the “create event” feature. This is important because you want your event to be in the official calendar. Also, it’s a very bad idea to schedule an event the day before it happens. You need to give people time to RSVP. I’m guessing little to no people, especially ATC, will be able to attend your event just because of how late you scheduled it.

My tips for the future are scheduling an event at least a month in advance (no more than 60 days) and to make sure you clearly edit your event post and make sure all the info needed is provided in the topic.

@RedWolf The reason why I schedule it to early is because that my subscription is going to end soon, And atleast I am going to change it, But lets say that my subscription is going to end in 2 days or something like that… that means I have to schedule it tomorrow let’s say…
