Okay, so first up, never give pushback clearances to planes that close. The purpose of ground is to be the bird’s eye for pilots to ensure that behind or around them is clear so if I was given a pushback approved, I would tell myself that I can go back freely in any direction (if an airport has multiple rwys).
Secondly, to being more pro-active, I should have been given a take-off clearance when Jamie was at around 150kts and still rolling so Jamie could be airborne by the time I begin take-off roll but this is ATC choice, just can be handy when it is busy.
You gave Jamie a runway change for no reason to be honest, the airport wasn’t busy so doing patterns on 35L would not have been a big issue but if there were many inbounds then sure. Mainly try sticking to rwy changes if it is intersecting or if an aircraft requests it but if they do request, ensure you can handle it.
Clearances were good, although I noticed @Menthesuphisth was given a number 3 seq when he was 2.
Jamie was on the ground when you cleared me for number 3 on the option, it should have been number 2 even when I was sequenced as 3 because it gives me the impression that I am on short base and there are 2 planes in front of me.
YOU WERE AMAZING ON DETECTING MY INCORRECT RUNWAY… It was well-executed.
When giving an exit rwy command on such a short parallel like that, you can use the combination of exit rwy when able, cross rwy xx and contact ground especially if it is not busy and yeah, that’s about it…
These last few things being checked up on can lead you in the right direction :)
