Hello! I was the F14 with the callsign KAV.

When one requests for a runway change, you should be giving them a pattern entry first then “cleared to land/for the option”.

Since I was on left traffic pattern when I requested a change to 08R, I should be instructed to “Enter left downwind runway 08R”.

Apart from that, you did really! I wish you good luck with joining the IFATC team, hoping to see you controlling soon. :)
