Hello, in IF KGRR is a class bravo airspace but in real life it is a class Charlie can this be changed?

I’m not sure what goes into classifying airspace’s in IF but fun fact, there are no Bravo airports in Australia IRL. YSSY, YMML, YBBN, etc are all Charlies. There might be a different classification in the simulator

I’m can’t give 100% specifics on how airports are classified in Infinite Flight (I used to know at one point), but can tell you that this is calculated automatically. Because of this, there is no simple fix we as airport editors (or theoretically devs) can do to individually change an airport’s class. I will look into this for the future though. Hope that helps :)

Airspaces are classified by the FAA. That would be something that you would want to talk to the government about. Airport classes are not determined by the game itself, they are determined by the government. As I said, contact the FAA if you would like to change that.

I know the FAA has it classified as a class Charlie but IF has it as a Bravo.
Then in that case, I’m not 100% sure who to contact. You may want to create a feature request, but it’s such a minor thing that I don’t know if it’s even necessary to create a feature request.

Yeah, I’m a flight student at West Michigan Aviation Academy located at KGRR and it is 100% Charlie. @Deltadev13 can also back me up on this.

Again, several instances of this are known, but unfortunately, no easy solution exists at the moment.
