The most challenging/fun approach I’ve done is Paro, Bhutan.

LSGS runway 07 (Sion,Switzerland) has a scenic and challenging approach, makes you go through the mountains (The Alps) at a low altitude. I almost never see people there…

Lots of GA fields in the Rockies and Cascades have good approaches, with some being challenging. I had fun with an XCub in those areas.

Saba airport (TNCS), shortest commercial runway in the world. No tolerance for mistakes on takeoff or landing.
