This is my first β€œFeatures” Post, so please be kind! ;)

The Cessna Citation V is a business jet built by Cessna, stretched from the Citation II. A preproduction prototype flew in early 1986 and the first engineering prototype made its maiden flight in August 1987. it was certified on December 9, 1988, and delivered from April 1987. 774 were delivered until 2011. The upgraded Citation Ultra was announced in September 1993, the Citation Encore upgraded with PW535 turbofans was announced in 1998, before the improved Encore+. There is a US Military version of the aircraft, with a designation of UC-35.

We have a lack of business jets in Infinite Flight, with the Cessna Citation X being the only one in the sim. We could use another small business jet for medium-range flights. Another reason it would be good to include another business jet(s) such as the Cessna Citation V family is that we could make use of smaller airports, which may not get as much attention as KLAX, KSFO, or EGLL.

I would love to see more Corporate/Private aircraft in IF.

Wow that’s an older model Citation! But @Ross I agree, we need more corporate aircraft (Citations, Phenoms, Challengers, etc)

Yes sir, may be a little old, but there are many still in the skies today! According to FlightAware, there are currently 22 airborne throughout the United States as I type this!

I would as well, it gets boring just having one business jet with a lack of realistic liveries…

I’m not sure if this would be my first choice for a corporate aircraft, but I’m a fan. Would love to see more corporate attention in the sim. Very retro looking cockpit shape.

I completely agree, we definitely need more corporate/business jets included in the sim. I also agree that this isn’t necessarily my top choice for a β€œbiz jet”, but I would put it up there with the 525 Citation Jet Series, the Citation Mustang, some other Citations, and of course, Learjets and Gulfstreams.
