It’s possible. If it starts out straight and level then begins to descend the nose could raise again after picking up speed. This is without a stall of course, the wings still need to be creating lift.
Go in any decent sim, and try to get a plane to fall straight down. It stalls before it falls, and stalls aren’t straight. Anyway if it was falling because of the horizontal stabilizers the drag on the back is more, and therefore it would begin to pitch forward. Planes almost never just fall flat…
Let’s bring this into consideration
Like I always say, aviation crashes are never good. 😥
I’m currently watching a Mayday episode of Germanwings. Hope it’s not that again 😔…
No, I totally agree, I’m not trying to figure out what happened, I’m just saying planes don’t fall like was mentioned eirlier. I wasn’t eaven talking about this accident per day, just the fact that as a plane looses speed, or such it doesn’t fall as was mentioned eirlier. That’s my only point.
I don’t think so. A few friends who were listening to this take place today told me what the Air Force said over 121.5, I won’t share it here until the official word comes out.
Ok. I’ll stay tuned.
I agree, the fact that this is still a tender and loose incident means that the death of at least two people just minutes ago would make people very emotionally struggled, there may have been someone on the community related to the people who were in the Cessna Citation when it crashed, and reading that ‘harmless’ joke about the Bermuda Triangle could have shattered their heart. Hypothetical, yes. Possible, yes. Let’s stay away from any lightheartedness of the situation.
I didn’t mean flat. Just saying as air starts to flow of the wings again its gonna pick up the nose.
until it looses too much speed then it goes into a dive.
I sparked this, so I’ll end it. Let’s forget the “falling like paper” theory.
Let’s do this,
Here’s what we know, this was a Single Pilot in Command Operation heading to Florida to a new owner, the contract pilot’s name hasn’t been released yet and the Coasties are looking for the jet from what I have heard last.
Oh, ok, I see, I supose that could happen. That makes a lot more sense…
It’s so sad that N832R Flight Tracking and History - FlightAware thinks the flight is still going on.
