I don’t dabble in the #screenshots-and-videos category that often, but a few days ago I flew a route that I wanted to share with you all. This was a special flight for me, as after landing at RCTP, I collected my 1060th landing and achieved grade 5. To celebrate, I decided to fly my favorite route (KLAX-RCTP), which turned out pretty great.
As a side note, I wanted to thank all of you for helping me reach this goal. It means so much to me, and I hope to be able to continue flying with you all in the skies of Infinite Flight. :)
Depart: KLAX

Now, without further ado, the photos!
Parked at the gate at KLAX, preparing for departure. Rotating off runway 07L, with a United Dreamliner in the background. Turning towards the Pacific Ocean. Goodbye, Los Angeles! Cruising over the Pacific Ocean at 36,000 feet. Passengers got a stunning view of Japan, with the tip of Mt. Fuji just visible. Beginning the descent into Taipei, with the mountains of Taiwan starting to appear in front of me. On approach to RCTP. Flying during sunset is absolutely beautiful! Touchdown on runway 05L. Winds were high, so my landing was terrible (seriously, you should have seen the replay), but I was able to get a decent shot nonetheless. And finally, parked at the gate at RCTP, which concludes my celebration flight. Hope you enjoyed the pictures!
