Cbro4 - Spotting Session @ KCVG (18FEB2018)

Hey everyone! I was spotting at KCVG earlier today and thought I would share my top 20 shots. Enjoy!

Equipment

Camera: Canon EOS Rebel T6
Lens: Canon 75-300mm lens
Tripod: Mefoto Roadtrip

All images are copyright! You must ask me to use them!

Pictures are organized by operator…

Airport (Cargo Area)

Allegiant

American

Delta

DHL
(Amazon) Prime Air

Kalitta Air

Other

General Aviation

United

I believe that is a Boeing 727 on the left in the “Cargo Area” image. There were also a ton of DHL and Prime Air Planes.

I was also surprised that a GA aircraft (SR22) was doing patterns at an international airport (especially with Lunken and other small airports around).

Very nice photos, I like the ones of the Prime Air 767 :)

All of them are awesome but the GA one is pretty cool. That one is my favorite. :)

I thought you lived around here. Conspiracy confirmed!

Were you guys there today by any chance?

😱 nice pics! Nope I wasn’t at CVG.

Oh I forgot to mention, if you hover over the pictures, the registration will show up at the bottom (in case it is to small on your screen).

After some googling, it turns out it is a Kalitta Charter B722.

Wow those are amazing photos. That is a pretty good looking watermark I must say ;). I really love the format of the whole thread as well.

Thank you! I saw someone else use it and thought I would try it…

Nice pics! Is the American Airlines plane all the same plane?

No. If you look closely, the first two are the same, but the last one isn’t.

Looks like we’ll be doing the old style of spotting threads.
