Cathay Dragon Airbus A320

Since The old request is about 2 Years old I’m gonna make a new one again

        What is Cathay dragon?

As of 30 October 2013, theairline operates a scheduled passenger network to 47 destinations in 14 countries and territories across Asia,Cathay Dragon is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hong Kong’s flag carrier, Cathay Pacific , and is an affiliate member of the Oneworld airline alliance.

           about the livery

The airline’s original livery consists of a thick red-colored horizontal strip along a white-colored fuselage with a red-colored Vertical Stabaliser The airline’s traditional Chinese and English name and its logo are in gold color and are painted on the forward fuselage above the red horizontal strip and on the vertical stabiliser, respectively.

The previous livery is in white color with a red dragon on the cowling and on the vertical stabiliser; and the airline’s name written in Chinese red lettering and in English black lettering above and below the front passenger windows, respectively. In addition, there is a 30 cm oneworld logo next to the first left door and a swore group logo on the aft of the plane

I wanted FDS to add this into IF because it’s a beautiful livery and I fly this plane and airlines every summer to the Philippines from Hong Kong from a connecting flight and I would realllyyyy want this to be added so I can pretty much fly it everyday and also everyone

I love this livery. It suits the A320 nicely. I wish I had votes though :(

Cathay Dragon’s A320s and A321’s will all be replaced by A321NEOs by late 2020 if I am not mistaken, so if this aircraft gets added I would only fly around with it for 1 short year as I have the IF realism disease 😂

Very nice livery 😀

Bumping this long deserted request. This would pair really well with HK Express if we get their livery on the neos.

Bump! Here is B-HSK on her very last takeoff before being scrapped, due to Cathay Dragon being ceased.

My home airlines. I used to fly it frequently on some regional short-haul routes. After the merger, it mainly took on Cathay Pacific’s short-haul routes. But now it has been returned to Cathay Pacific for operation
