It appears as if it’s about to extend.
I just tested this myself, and it takes approximately five seconds for the platform to begin rising once the truck mounts.

Weird I’m still experiencing the issue even after 5 seconds ( I’m usually at the gate for 7 mins and when I disconnect them it’s still stuck )
Have you restarted the app?
note that the B737 is lower than the A320
I don’t think that is the issue. The OP is describing that the container is not rising after 5 seconds of being mounted to the door.
I meant the box not extending up to be leveled with the door

I had a similar problem with the 787-9, but nothing else.

I’m having an issue where the catering truck specifically won’t de spawn. Yes even after having the PB on, beacons and engines off. It’s happened to me on 3 separate occasions now
Is everyone still having the same issue?
It is a known issue, that’s what I was told. So everyone has this bug.

I’ve have it a lot of times now and it’s real annoying
You can recreate this by summoning the catering truck and then as soon as it appears press the button again to make it go away and it’ll stay
Edit: also works with cargo, ground power and the boarding stairs seem safe from this

It happened at Ketchikan too. It sounds like it was noted internally after I made a Support topic. You may want to do the same, just so it gets noticed by IFAET.

It’s not IFAET issue, and it’s not the same as issue at PAKT. In your case there were stairs, not jetbridge connected to aircraft. But here both jetrbidge and stairs are connected, it’s an issue for devs, which was already reported. Restarting the game should fix this bug
The catering truck on the B738 will only go the height the height as showed in the original post. This is not a bug of some sort and this is due to the airframes height. Hopes this clarifies it for you. (sorry if its a dupe post)
